Step & Slay brings together the energy of step aerobics and the structure of a progressive training program.

This program was created to help you:

• build endurance
• and most importantly — enjoy your workouts

If you’ve experienced my step classes before, you already know the vibe.

The music, the rhythm, the movement.

Now you can follow it as a complete program from start to finish.

Step & Slay includes:

  • 12 brand new routines

  • Designed to be completed:

  • 3 workouts per week for 4 week cycles 

Each routine is designed to keep your body moving, your heart rate elevated, and your workouts engaging.

Whether you're new to step workouts or already love them, the routines are easy to follow and designed to help you stay consistent.
