My train-along video programs are full workout recordings from live classes that were taught over three months during Covid-19 Lockdown.

30 Day Body Burn
30 Day Body Burn is a 4 week program that targets the entire body. All you need for these workouts are a set of dumbbells and mini loop bands/barbie bands.
Workouts are 50-60 minutes long and each week you have 5 scheduled , train-along wokouts.
