Kick off the new year with our first training cycle of 2025! Join us from January 6th - 31st for train-along style sessions designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and crush your fitness goals.

 Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30 AM - 6:10 AM (EST)

 Equipment Needed:

  • A pair of dumbbells

  • Mini bands

  • Aerobic step board

Each week features a full-body training split, and recordings of every session are sent out to ensure you never miss a workout. Ready to level up?
