Supplements vs. Steroids

As a fitness professional, I’ve come across a lot of people who are afraid of taking dietary supplements out of fear that they will make them overly muscular and “bulky” and some also feel that they will have negative side effects on their health. The root of these misconceptions is the fact that many don’t have a clear understanding of what a dietary supplement is, hence confusing it with anabolic steroids.
