Protein Packed Pancakes

As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. These protein pancakes are a delicous and nutritous way to jump start your mornings. You will need: - your fav pancake mix( or make from scratch) i use wheat pancake mix - water( if you use the mix) - 1 scoop of your fav protein Sauce/Syrup - frozen blueberries (1/4 cup) -frozen strawberries ( 4-6 small ones) - water ( 2oz) - brown sugar ( 3 tbsp) 1 tsp of corn starch ( optional) Directions: In a small pot, boil water then add frozen fruit and brown sugar reduce heat and let cook for 5 mins. add 1 tsp of corn starch to thicken the syrup. You can remove the fruit and strain the syrup to get of clumps from the cornstarch if you wan
